Star light, star bright

I know. Stars have only five points. But none of us has ever seen a real star up close now, have we? Got you there.

I have three of these ornaments, and I have no idea where I got them. Probably some after-Christmas sale or other. The have no sentimental value, but they sure are lovely.

Red is one of my favorite colors. It always has been, since I was a child and thought red and purple clothing matched. I don't know what that says about me, but I think my youngest child has inherited my genes. He can wear clothes inside out and/or backward, and when told about it replies, "Who cares?"

That's my boy.

The thing is, once you've been wearing something inside out for a bit, presumably the outside has picked up stuff from the world around, so you don't really want to turn it back the proper way then, do you?
