If you liked this, you must read 'I Served the King of England', 'Closely Observed Trains' and 'The Little Town Where Time Stood Still'.
I keep finding myself drawn back to each of them and there's always something new to discover in them.

Yes, in some ways it is like F451. The protagonist is just a bit more low-key, or perhaps more simple than Montag.
